How Do I Know if I Qualify?

The MTB Price Match Guarantee applies to every Air, Hotel, and Rental Car reservation sold on MyTravelBiz.com! You must have booked and paid for your Air, Hotel or Rental Car on the MyTravelBiz.com.

The lower price, including taxes and fees, must be available to the general public for booking on a website in the same currency, using the same form of payment and from the same point of sale as your original reservation when you contact us. The lower price must be an exact match to the itinerary booked on MyTravelBiz.com, including offering a comparable cancellation policy.

Here’s what you need to look at to match itineraries:

AIRLINE TICKETS:

Same airline, flight numbers, travel dates, airports, number of ticketed passengers, cabin and class of service.

HOTELS:

Same hotel, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, room type including bedding and view selection.

CAR RENTALS:

Same rental car company, car type, rental location, pick-up and drop-off dates and times.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to fares that aren’t available to the general public, such as those for corporate customers, military personnel, students, children, senior citizens, groups, and members of organizations such as AAA and AARP, membership based such as Costco, Expedia Membership, CAA, etc., as well as wholesaler and consolidator fares, convention rates, and fares purchased through coupon promotions, loyalty and other “reward” programs. Fares that have been partially refunded or canceled by MyTravelBiz.com or others, fare differences based upon exchange rates and fares that are part of promotional packages or that include additional amenities, such as parking or meals, are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee. In addition, our Price Match Guarantee may not apply to price differences in certain rental car rates that are based on the driver’s age, the driver’s address being close to the airport, and/or the security deposit type of debit/credit card.

How Do I Claim My Refund?

Provide a screen shot showing the full offering details and the URL of the travel offering on the other site and a screen shot of your comparative travel
booking made and paid for on the MyTravelBiz.com site. Computer date and time to show in screen shot.

Departure airport code (for all legs of flight outbound and return)
Arrival airport code (for all legs of flight outbound and return)
Departure dates and times (for all legs of flight outbound and return)
Arrival dates and times (for all legs of flight outbound and return)
All connection departure and arrival times and cities
Class of service (basic economy, economy, premium, etc.) for all legs
Number of ticketed passengers (indicating adult or child)
Loyalty point limitations if any
