As a world traveller, Peter has always allowed the compass to guide him. His time in customer service roles in Beijing and Toronto allowed him to not just experience the world, it also provided a chance to broaden his experience in the financial, food chain brand and travel industries. Peters personal belief about customer service resides in the importance of delivering the best customer care and dedication to delivering a pleasurable experience to his clients. This led him to study Travel and Tourism at Seneca College as well as to become a certified TICO agent. Peter also speaks both English and Mandarin. Bringing all these experiences to his role with MTB, Peter could not be more excited to help our MTB Representatives achieve the life of their dreams!
